How does level pricing work at Bespoke Hair?
At Bespoke Hair, we use a level system that matches you with the right stylist based on your experience preferences and budget. Each level reflects the stylist’s years of experience, advanced training, and demand. You can view specific pricing on our Pricing page, and if you’re unsure which level is right for your service, we encourage you to book a free consultation so we can point you in the right direction.
Are there extra charges I should know about for color services?
Depending on your hair’s density and length, additional product may be needed. Any extras are discussed transparently before your service begins, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Booking & Appointments
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. We offer free consultations for any service, especially for color, texture treatments, and skincare. A quick consultation helps us understand your hair history, goals, and budget so we can recommend the right service and stylist level before you commit.
Can I book a same-day appointment?
Yes! We keep our schedule accessible so same-day bookings are often available. We don’t push pre-booking, life happens, and we want you to come in when it works for you, not the other way around. Call us at (619) 238-4711 or book online.
What are your hours and where are you located?
We’re open Monday 11am–4pm, Tuesday through Friday 9am–6pm, and Saturday 9am–5pm. Closed Sundays. We’re located at 1452 7th Ave, Downtown San Diego.
Hair Services
What hair coloring services do you offer?
We offer balayage, creative blonding, classic highlights (partial and full), root touch-ups, gray blending, gray coverage, all-over color, vivid and fantasy color, and corrective color. Our colorists specialize in healthy, long-lasting results tailored to your skin tone and lifestyle. First-time color clients are encouraged to book a free consultation.
What is the difference between gray blending and gray coverage?
Gray coverage uses permanent color to fully conceal gray hairs for a uniform, consistent tone. Gray blending softens the contrast between your natural gray and the rest of your hair, creating a seamless, lower-maintenance transition — ideal for clients who want to embrace their gray rather than fight it. Both services start at $89. A free consultation can help you decide which approach is right for you.
Do you offer perms, and what types are available?
Perms are one of our most-loved services at Bespoke Hair San Diego. We offer a full menu including partial perms, full perms, long full perms, spiral perms, and partial perms each customized to your hair type and texture goals. Do you offer men's haircuts and grooming services?
Absolutely. We offer men’s haircuts using clipper, scissor, or hybrid techniques, as well as beard trims, shape-ups, and clean-ups for ears, neck, and bangs. Men’s gray blending is also available. Hydrafacial & Keravive Scalp Treatment
What is the difference between a Hydrafacial and a traditional facial?
A traditional facial typically involves manual cleansing, steam, and a mask — results vary by provider. A Hydrafacial is a medical-grade treatment that uses patented Vortex-Fusion technology to simultaneously cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and infuse the skin with hydrating serums in one session. There’s no downtime, results are visible immediately, and the treatment is fully customizable for your skin type and concerns. Sessions take 30–45 minutes.
What is the HydraFacial Keravive scalp treatment?
Keravive is a 3-step scalp treatment that uses the same Vortex-Fusion technology as a Hydrafacial — but engineered for your scalp. It extracts buildup from inside the hair follicle, then infuses clinical-grade growth factors and peptides to improve circulation and support healthier hair growth. It includes a take-home Peptide Complex Spray for daily use between visits. Who is a good candidate for Keravive?
Keravive is suitable for most clients, especially those experiencing scalp flaking, dryness, or itchiness; thinning hair or increased shedding; or low volume due to buildup at the roots. It’s also safe for color-treated hair, we recommend scheduling it before your color appointment, or at least one week after, to protect the pigment. What services does Bespoke Hair offer overall?
We’re a full-service hair salon offering haircuts (all lengths and genders), coloring and blonding, texture treatments (perms, Brazilian blowouts, keratin treatments), hair extensions, blowouts and formal styling, and bridal services. We also offer Hydrafacial skin treatments, Keravive scalp treatments, and a range of additional facial services including custom facials, dermaplane, acne facials, and lymphatic massage.
Are your products safe for my hair and skin?
Yes. We use high-quality, professionally vetted products across all services. We believe great results should never come at the cost of your hair or skin health, that philosophy applies equally to our color services and our skincare treatments.
